MEET TAYLOR ENGEL
Taylor Engel (also known as "The Catechism Guy") is, first and foremost, a blessed husband and father of four children.
Though raised in the Catholic Faith, he went into his adult years not seeing how Christ or the Church had any serious relevance in his life beyond the practice of "going to church" on Sundays.
He was the classic lukewarm Catholic.
After having what he considers a very real encounter with the Risen Jesus at 17, his life immediately began to take a different direction. He began to hungrily study the Catholic Faith, and since then has been doing all that he can to order his life around Jesus Christ and His Church as well as help others do the same.
In response to the many graces of God, he's been blessed to have spent the last 10 years of his life serving full-time in a variety of catechetical and evangelical ministries in the Catholic Church.
